A2z Members Area: Login

Word Tools | Refer Friends | Demo

What if Safari browser on my Apple Device (iPhone, iPad, other) hangs up on word finder pages after logging in?

The Members Area requires that you be logged into an active subscription to gain access to its features and files, such as the A2z Word Finder tools that have no advertising displayed.

If your membership has expired OR if you're not logged in, you will get an Access Denied message. So please first login and then retry before proceeding below.

If you know you're logged in already, but the word finder tools page won't load properly:

This may happen when you first become a member, and you may need to clear your browser cache.

We tried this successfully on our personal iPhone device, and were then able to properly access the protected word finders.

We apologize for this issue, but the security system may need one of the following options for your access to work properly.

Possible Remedies in Suggested Order:

a) Close and restart your browser software:

The system may work for secure logins if you first close, then restart your browser and login again.

b) Use the Chrome or Firefox browsers since they do not seem to have this initial login issue.

If you do not already have them, you may get these apps for free from the Apple Apps Store.

Otherwise, here are install instructions: FireFox or Chrome

Then load the members login page, log in under your user name, and try the word finder tools page again.

c) How to clear your Safari browser cache:

To go to the Apple help page, please click here.

WARNING: Clearing your cache will likely delete your open website tabs, cookies and visited wedsite data !!

  1. If you wish to proceed, here's how to clear Safari browser information from your device:

  2. To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.
  3. To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
  4. When there's no history or website data to clear, the setting turns gray. The setting might also be gray if you have web content restrictions set up under Content & Privacy Restrictions in Screen Time.
